Note: this ship is not orbit-safe: staying parked at Aquilo indefinitely will eventually starve it of rockets.

During bootstrap, while the nuclear reactor is warming up, temporarily remove the three beacons until the ice melting chem plant near the nuclear reactor starts making water.
