Description:

Circuits control how much collectors/crushers create. Belt loop contents read at all times. Constant combinator outputs amount of each item wanted on belt but as a negative number. Decider combinator says if input signal < 0 then output that item as 1. Both combinators are connected to belt reader. So if total > 0 then item is needed. All machines & inserters that need this logic are connected via the green wire. Electric pole shows what's currently on belt. Also stores 100 ammo in hub as backup
