Travels at 50 km/s with base guns tech, 75 with 5 / 5, and 105 with Proj 9 and Asteroid Prod 3; change via oxidiser plant and combinator.  Above ~70 km/s requires [item=chemical-plant,quality=uncommon] for fuel/ox.

Takes 13 rockets to build.
